Red Ribbon is a trinket added in the initial release of Fiend Folio.
Effects
- Transforms all
Eternal Hearts into 
Full Eternal Hearts while held.
- Full Eternal Hearts are pickups that grant two Eternal Hearts at once, which effectively grants a filled
Red Heart container immediately after being picked up. - Red Ribbon will affect any Eternal Heart that is added directly to Isaac's health bar (such as through
Prayer Card), and any Eternal heart that is already in his health bar when the trinket is picked up, transforming them into a Red Heart container. - Dropping the trinket will revert all Full Eternal Hearts back into regular Eternal Hearts.

Interactions
Trinket Multipliers: Having at least 1 additional trinket multiplier effect active will cause all Eternal Hearts to be transformed into 
Double Full Eternal Hearts, which grant two filled Red Heart containers.
- Further increasing the multiplier will have no additional effect.
- Losing the additional Trinket Multiplier(s) will revert Double Full Eternal Hearts back into singular Full Eternal Hearts.
Azurite Spindown: Using Azurite Spindown on Red Ribbon rerolls it into 
The Right Hand.
